necessary filing of an application for a minor development peru]it wider the Coastal Area
Management Act. I have determined that the activit} } ou propose is exempt from needing a

plans in effect at the time the excinptiou is granted.
This exemption to CAMA permit requirements does not alleviate the necessity of your obtaining
