I have determined that the act i v i o you propose, :is exempt front needing it minor development permit as long as it remains consistent kith sour site drawing dated 05-27-05, and it also meets the conditions specified below. This means that where ever possible the access way must be constructedover the frontaldune without any alteration of the dunes. Driving the filings into the dunes shall not be considered alteration of the dune for the purposes of thisrule. 3. The access way shall conform to any applicable local or state building code standards. This exemption to CAMA permit requirements does not alleviate the necessity of your obtaining any other State, Federal or Local authorization. This exemption expires 60 days from the date of this letter.
