I have reviewed the inlbrmation submitted to this office in your inquiry concerning the necessary
fling of an applicant for a minor development permit u n der the Coastal Ai a Management Act. After
making a site inspection on 05-02=05, I havedetermined that the acti\ihyou piohose is exempt from
needing a minor development permitas long as it remains consistent with N our site drawing and it also
meets the conditions specified helow. If your plans Should cha3ngc and your project kill no longer meet
these conditions, please cimtact me before proceeding.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
1. Place gravel around boat ramp. 12' x 20' upland area, to ,top crosion.-
