area and any 404 wetlands or coastal wetlands, to keep sediment from entering those areas.

return one copy to our office within fifteen (15) days after receipt of this letter. If the signed copy is
not returned to us, then the permit will become void after fifteen (15) days.

and Natural Resources and the Coastal Resources Commission for development
in an area of environment concern pursuant to Section 113A-118 of the
General Statues, "Coastal Area Management"

Issued to Mr, and Mrs. Andrew Schindler, authorizing the construction of a single family residence and the modification
of the location of a septic field at a residence in the ORW shoreline AEC at 287 Beach Road North, Figure Eight Island,
as requested in the permittee's application, dated January 24, 2003. This permit, issued on July 16, 2004 is subject to
compliance with the application and site drawing (where consistent with the permit), all applicable regulations and
special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may subject permittee to a fine, imprisonment
or civil action, or may cause the permit to be null and void.

officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
Any maintenance work or project modification not covered under
this permit, require further written permit approval.
All work must cease when this permit expires on
December 31, 2006.
In issuing this permit it Is agreed that this project is consistent with
the local Land Use Plan and all applicable ordinances.
This permit may not be transferred to another party without the
written approval of the Division of Coastal Management.
