If the signed copy is not returned to us, then the permit will become void after fifteen (15) days. Hines, Chief Zoning Enforcement Official New Hanover County Is' MODIFICATION Local Government CAMA MINOR DEVELOPMENT PERMIT as authorized by the State of North Carolina, Department of Environment, and Natural Resources and the Coastal Resources Commission for development in an area of environment concern pursuant to Section 113A-118 of the General Statues, "Coastal Area Management" 03-001-Mod Permit Number Issued to Mr, and Mrs. Andrew Schindler, authorizing the construction of a single family residence and the modification of the location of a septic field at a residence in the ORW shoreline AEC at 287 Beach Road North, Figure Eight Island, as requested in the permittee's application, dated January 24, 2003. This permit, issued on July 16, 2004 is subject to compliance with the application and site drawing (where consistent with the permit), all applicable regulations and special conditions and notes set forth below. Any maintenance work or project modification not covered under this permit, require further written permit approval. All work must cease when this permit expires on December 31, 2006. In issuing this permit it Is agreed that this project is consistent with the local Land Use Plan and all applicable ordinances.
