Dear Mr. Lowe:
Through coordination with the North Carolina Division of Coastal
Management, we -.have learned of your request for modification of your permit to
add a handicap ramp to access the club house. The Department of the Army
permit issued on October 3, 1983, authorized maintenance of the marina
facilities off the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway (AIWW) near Wilmington, New
Hanover County, North Carolina..
Your proposal continues to be consistent with the provisions and
objectives of general permit No. 198000291. The permit is hereby modified to
include the.work as shown on the enclosed plan. It is understood that all
other conditions of your permit remain applicable and that the expiration date
is April 30, 2001.
