Re: Request to Modify State Permit #131-83
Dear Mr. Lowe:
I have reviewed your request to modify State Permit #131-83 by
deleting the previously approved roof and enclosed ends of the 3-Story
open pole dry stack storage building, adding a 12' x 24' storage
building and constructing a 35' x 160' concrete pad adjacent to the dry
stack storage building. I find your request consistent with existing
State rules and guidelines and in keeping with the original intended
use and practices of the project.
I hereby submit this Letter of Refinement authorizing the
requested changes as described in your letter and sketch dated July 15,
1991. I would also like to remind you that any additional
modifications increasing the amount of impervious surface at the
project will require full review and approval by the North Carolina
Division of Environmental Management.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
'ncerely,

RE: Modifications to State Permit No. 131-83
Authorized on November 26, 1990
Dear Mr. Herstine:
In your letter of November 26,.1990 we were granted a modification
to exchange an approved 3-story open pole building to a dry stack
storage area with a roof and enclosed ends and the addition of an
office building.
I would like permission to delete the roof of the dry stack storage
area in exchange for a concrete pad 35, x 160' and the placement of
a metal building 12, x 241.
Thank you for working with us on this matter.
Sincerely yours,
