We are writing this letter in efforts to obtain an extension to our existing Major Development Permit #55-11. Given the very difficult economic environment encountered over the course of our existing permit period and that coupled with recent difficulty in securing a contractor to complete our basin modifications this season, we are not yet near completion and need an extension. We have begun basin improvements and have made substantive progress toward completion but still have a good ways to go. I have enclosed a $100.00 check to cover the permit extension fee as required. Please let me know if you need anything further to extend this permit. Sincerely, <Z:? Edward F.
