Any violation of these terms may subject permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action, or may cause the permit to be null and void. This permit authorizes: Single Family Residence/Landscaping (1) All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted work plat drawings(s) dated received on 15Mar-17. (2) All construction must conform to the N.C. Building Code requirements and all other local, State and Federal regulations, applicable local ordinances and FEMA Flood Regulations. (3) Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction, or land use activities will require a re-evaluation and modification of this permit. Based on the above, I have increased the E-Z-Flow drainage bundles from 3x3x40 ft at the house to 3x3x45 ft. which adds an additional 33.60 cu. Ft. of storage to the total capacity of the system. 140 square feet would require an additional 17,5 square feet of storage, so I believe this should satisfy the requirements.
