We originally accepted your application under the impression that it was complete.
Accordingly, I am requesting that you submit the following additional information to this office:
Please address the following comments:
1. 72 Beach Rd. S is within 575' of outstanding resource waters (ORW) and must meet the
condition of 25% impervious on the built upon area to be in compliance with 15A NCAC
07H .0209 Coastal Shorelines 10 (f) (1) The total amount of impervious listed did not
include the new driveway and associated areas; please include the total square footage
of all impervious areas
In accordance with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources regulations, we note
that a certain time has passed while the application has remained in our office. Upon
resubmission of a complete application, a local decision will be made in three (3) days, provided
this period is not extended as provided by law.
