Accordingly, I am requesting that you submit the following additional information to this office:
Please address the following comment from New Hanover County Environmental
Health:
Application submitted for 26'x14' pool does not include the square footage
of the Area of Environmental Concern (AEC) or the amount of existing
impervious ground cover within AEC.
In accordance with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources regulations, we note
that a certain time has passed while the application has remained in our office. Upon
resubmission of a complete application, a local decision will be made in three (2) days, provided
this period is not extended as provided by law.
