SECTION 1. Enforcement Of Storm W crier�2L�^
The Development Is subject to North Camlin ) State Stormwater Management Permit No.
SW8 990208 issued by the Department of E-lAronment-and Naf irai Resources, Division
of Water Quality. All lots are subject to the following provisions elf the permit:
A The allowable built as follows: Lois 1 , JB 1 Lots 3 and
4 of Tract B and Lot 1 in Tra a: 3'610 sc ; e feet; remainin!i 2 100 square
feet. This allotted amount inci Pon area ccnsttuc ed within the lot property
5oundaries, and that portion of the right-of-u ay between the front lot line and the edge of
the pavement. Built upon area includes, but s not limited to. stru,:tures, asphalt, concrete,
gravel. brick, stone, slate, coquina, and paring areas, but does not include raised, open
wood decking, or the water surface of swimming pools.
8. The covenants pertaining to stormwater regulations may not be changed or
deleted without concurrence of the Division of Water Quality.
