(2) All demolition and construction must conform to the N;C. Building Code requirements and all other Local, State and Federal "
regulations, in addition to all applicable local': ordinances andfEMA Flood Regulations.
(3) ' Arty change or changes'in the plans for development, construction, or land use activities will require a re-evaluation and
modification oflhis permit.

(5) All unconsolidated.material resulting from associated grading and landscaping shall be retained on site by effective
sedimentatiomand erosion control measures. Distorbed areasshall be vegetatively stabilized (planted and
mulched) within 14 days of construction completion. A protective barrier constructed of filter cloth must be
pieced betwaeo the development activities and the adjacent waterway; this barrier must be maintained for
the entire duration of the project. If the protective barrier is found to not be in place a Notice of Violation
may be issued.
(6) This permit does not authorize the installation of any, impervious area within the 30 ft buffer
(i) Wis permit does not authorize development within any wetlands or open water areas
(8) All disturbed areas shall be vegetatively stabilized (planted and mulched) within 14 days of construction
completion.
(9) A maximum of 200 sq1{ of drip -through decking is allowed within the 30 it buffer;
