Permit # 63-16

This letter is in response to the November 5, 2018 email from you in which it was requested that Major Permit
# 63-16 be modified to relocate the authorized dolphin piles within the boat. ramp area from the south side of
the ramp to the north side, shift the boathouse and associated dock 2' to the north, and move two sets of
dolphins located to the south of the boathouse 10' closer to the boathouse from the authorized locations.
Major Permit # 63.16 was issued to Gregory Conn, on June 27, 2016. This Permit is for the removal of two
existing finger piers and the construction of a three -slip docking facility with a boathouse and four 7-pile timber
dolphins on the Coinjock AIWW.
The project is located 120 Hampton Road (SR#1143), Coinjock, Currituck County, adjacent to the AIWW.
Your modification request as described and/or depicted in your submittal dated November 5, 2018, is hereby
authorized as a refinement to CAMA Major permit # 63-16. All existing conditions remain in effect, including
the expiration date of December 31, 2019. This letter is provided to you as a record of the authorization, and
should be included with the Permit file.
You may need to obtain a building permit from Currituck County.
