Alan at last night's HOA meeting the HOA approved the construction of you lower deck to match the height and
appearance of the Sneeden deck at 5414 MCD. The HOA has established the appearance of the Sneeden deck
as a standard for the entire building number one (your building). It is required that you obtain all state and local
and federal permits that apply to this work. We also want to keep all framing approximately 3" away from the
stucco and deck boards approximately '/A' away from the stucco. Also in keeping with a standard appearance we
would like the retaining wall in front of your unit to be stained a color to also match the Sneeden wall. I thank
you for your patience with this process, it took quite a while to get all the volunteers that would be involved in
this to come together to be able to make a decision. If you are planning on making any other changes to the
look of your deck other than what we have listed here please feel free to contact me. 1 will be here all next week
but after that out of the country for two weeks. Thanks again, Dave Polovick, Chair TO's ACC

Hey Denise,
The attached app 16-05 is not signed or dated, and subsequent pages are marked 16-04. Also: the drawing is too light to
read and appears to be incomplete regarding CAMA drawing requirements.
Would you mind forwarding to the LPO? I'm not sure who's area this is in.
Thanks,
Shaun
