developmenticonsbuctlon shall be located a distance of 30 feet landward of Normal High Water. No portion of the
roof overhang shall encroach into the 30 fL buffer.

sedimentation and erosion control measures. Prior to any land -disturbing activities, a barrier fine of fitter cloth must
be instated between the land dMmUng activity and the adjacent marsh or water areas, until such time as the area
has been properly stabilized with a vegetative cover.
(8) Any proposed for grading within the 30' buffer from the Normal High Water must be contoured to prevent additional
stormwater runoff to the adjacent marsh. This area shall be imrnedia" vegetatively stabilized, and must remain in
a vegetated state.

The skimmer lid will cover the pipe opening. The pipe should be cut prior to the deck
being poured to ensure that the base of the lid will be level with the decking. Once the
lid is in place. it should be flush with the decking and look identical to the actual pool
skimmer lid.
