Enclosed is a package I am submitting to you on behalf of Cedar Island Resort LLC to obtain a
CAMA./Dredge and Fill general permit 7H.1100 for the replacement of 3 50 linear feet of bulkhead
onsite the Cedar Island Campground property located at 120 Driftwood Drive on a manmade basin
off Core Sound adjacent the Cedar Island Ferry Terminal in Carteret County. Included in this
submittal is an agent authorization form, proof of adjacent riparian property owner notification, a
map of the proposed project and a $400 check made out to NCDEQ.

convenience, to review and stake the proposed bulkhead alignment and sign for the permit. If you
