2) Notify by certified letter return receipt a letter of the proposed work to the owner listed on the New
Hanover County Tax site: Owner Clara H. Fales HRS, 5328 Fairfield Blvd, Virginia Beach, Va. 23464
3) Information that Mr. Jack Mc Phail is the trustee for the estate of Clara H Fales.
In Accordance with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources regulations we note that a certain

(3) REVOCATION, BOND AND COMPENSATION: This general power of
attorney revokes any previous powers of attorney granted by myself and, this power of
attorney may be voluntarily revoked only by written revocation recorded in the offices of the
County Clerk of Travis County, Texas. No attorney -in -fact shall be obligated to furnish
bond or other security and my attomey-in-fact (and any successor attorney -in -fact) shall be
entitled to reasonable compensation for services rendered and shall be reimbursed for
