This permit, issued on January 20, 2015, is subject to compliance with the application and site drawing (where consistent with the permit), all applicable regulations and special conditions ant' notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may subject permitlee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action, or may cause the permit to be null and void. This permit authorizes: Installation of paves for a Palo and planting of shrubs. (1) All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance Oth the permitted work plat drawings(s) dated received on January 5, 2015. (2) All construction must conform to Via N.C. Building Code requliemenis end all other local, State and Federal regulations, applicable local ordinances and FEMA Flood Regulations. (3) Any cha+ ga or changes in the plans for development, construction, o:- land use activities .nil require a ra-evaluation and modification of ttus permit.
