This permit, issued on February 5, 2015, is subject to compliance with the application and site drawing (where consistent with the permit), all applicable regulations and special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may subject permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action, or may cause the permit to be null and void. This permit authorizes: Construction of a single family residence, driveway, and associated landscaping. (1) All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted work plat drawings(s) dated received on December 11, 2014. (2) All construction must conform to the N.C. Building Code requirements and all other local, State and Federal regulations, applicable local ordinances and FEMA Flood Regulations. (3) Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction, or land use activities will require a reevaluation and modification of this permit. (4) A copy of this permit shall be posted or available on site. Contact this office at 798-7116 for a final inspection at completion of work. (Additional Permit Conditions on Page 2) This permit action may be appealed by the pernittee or other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing date. This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the peril officer when the project is inspected for compliance, Any maintenance work or project modification not covered under this permit, require further written permit approval. All work must cease when this permit expires on: DECEMBER 31. 2018 In issuing this permit it is agreed that this project is consistent with the local Land Use Plan and all applicable ordinances. (6) All unconsolidated material resulting from associated grading and landscaping shall be retained on site by effective sedimentation and erosion control measures. Prior to any land -disturbing activities, a barrier line of filter cloth must be installed between the land disturbing activity and the adjacent marsh or water areas, until such time as the area has been property stabilized with a vegetative cover. (7) Any proposed for grading within the 30' buffer from the Normal High Water must be contoured to prevent additional stormwater runoff to the adjacent marsh. This area shall be immediately vegetatively stabilized, and must remain in a vegetated state. (8) All other disturbed areas shall be vegetatively stabilized (planted and mulched) within 14 days of construction completion. (9) This permit does not authorize the placement of any additional fill material on the lot. No profile data are offered but are available upon request. The soil horizons have a sand to loamy sand texture and organic matter content is less than one percent. The seasonal water table is greater than sixty- inches below the soil surface. The site has good internal soil drainage. The soils on this site would be considered Class A soil per the stormwater BMP's. Based upon the soil characteristics documented, this lot would meet the minimum requirements for the pervious pavement stormwater BMP's. The lots in question are shown on the exhibit. This document will be the basis for any future lots (as shown on the exhibit) in which permeable pavement (pavers) may be requested as an alternative. This specific package is for lot 4 (5020 Nautical Isle Court), in which the buyer has requested the additional built upon area through the use of permeable pavement (pavers). With this submittal package, we are seeking a blanket approval for the permeable pavement (pavers) in this area as it pertains to the county's stormwater ordiance. in addition, we are trying to establish a procedure when and if other lot purchasers desire to use the permeable pavement (pavers), that at the time of requesting a building permit through Linda Painter and inspections, the permit can be processed when addition to the plot plan, a signed soils report will be provided that shows the receiving soil meets the criteria for the use of permeable pavement (or pavers). We are just trying to keep the building permit process moving on these lots as such conditions warrant. I know this is a lot of stuff with the calculations, that is why we placed a summary sheet in the beginning to show we meet the county ordinance, the rest is just for the file.
