However, If natural shoreline recovery or beach renohrishment takes place within two years of the time the structure becomes Imminently threatened, so that the structure is no longer Imminently threatened, then It need not be relocated or dismantled at that time. This condition shall not affect the permit holder's right to seek authorization of temporary protective measures allowed under CRC rules. When applying for a permit to construct a structure on the ocean front a full set of building plans is required to be submitted and has not been. (see directions with application) After a quick review I see that a pool and decking is being proposed ocean ward of the toe of the frontal dune and is not permittable.
