General Statutes, "Coastal Area Management"
Issued to DANIEL WINGATE., authorizing development in the Estuarine Shoreline (AEC) at 108 MAINSAIL DRIVE, in
SNEADS FERRY, as requested in the permittee's application, dated MAY 4, 20011. This permit, issued on MAY 26,
2011, is subject to compliance with the application and site drawing (where consistent with the permit), all applicable
regulations and special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may subject permittee to a
fine, imprisonment or civil action, or may cause the permit to be null and void.
This permit authorizes. INSTALL FILL TO CONSTRUCT A SWIMMING POOL WITH DECKING, AND AN ABOVE GROUND
RETAINING WALL . PLOT PLAN SUBMITTED SHOW LAND DISTURBANCE WILL TAKE PLACE APPROXIMATELY 45 FEET
OFF FULLARD CREEK. THERE SHALL BE NO IMPERVIOUSE MATERIAL WITHIN THE 30 FOOT BUFFER ZONE.
(1) All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted work plat
drawings(s) dated received on MAY 4, 20011.
(2) All construction must conform to the N.C. Building Code requirements and all other local, State and Federal regulations,
applicable local ordinances and FEMA Flood Regulations
(3) Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction, or land use activities will require a re-evaluation and
modification of this permit.
(4) A copy of this permit shall be posted or available on site. Contact this office at 910-9893061for a final inspection at
completion of work.

This permit action may be aopealsd by the pernittee or other qualified persons
within twenty (20) days of the issuing date. From the date of an appeal, any
work conducted under this pwmit must cease until the appeal is resolved. This
permit muss be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the
project is inspected for compliance. Any nonanance work or project
modification riot covered under this permit, require further written permit
approval. All work must cease when this permit expires on
DECEMBER31, 2015
In issuing this pernit it is agr=ed that this project is consistent with the local Land
use Plan and all applicable ordinances. This permit may not he transferred to
another parry without the written approval of the Division of Coastal
Management.

(5) The amount of impervious surface shall not exceed 30% of the lot area within 75 feet of FULLARD CREEK
(Estuarine Shorellne Area of Environmental Concern)
(6) Unless specriically allowed in 15A NCAC 07H. 0209(d)(10), and shown on the permitted plan drawing, all
developmenUconstmction shall be located a distance of 30 feet landward of FULLARD CREEK. No portion of the
roof overhang shall encroach into the 30 ft. buffer.
(7) All unconsolidated material resulting from associated grading and landscaping shall be retained on site by effective
sedimentation and erosion control measures. Prior to any land -disturbing activities, a barrier line of filter cloth must
be installed between the land disturbing activity and the adjacent marsh or water areas, until such time as the area
has been properly stabilized with a vegetative cover.
(8) Any proposed for grading within the 30' buffer from FULLARD CREEK must be contoured to prevent additional
stormwater runoff to the adjacent marsh. This area shall be immediately vegetatively stabilized, and must remain in
a vegetated state.
(9) All other disturbed areas shall be vegetatively stabilized (planted and mulched) within 14 days of construction
completion.

CAMA PERMIT NOTICE
Pursuant to NCGS 113a-119(b), Onslow County, a locality authrized to issue CAMA
Permits in Areas of Environmental Concern, hereby gives NOTICE that on
May 4, 201, Daniel Wingate applied for a CAMA permit to install fill, to construct a
11'x 19' swimming pool with decking, and an above ground retaining wall.
Construction will take place approximately 45feet off Fullard Creek. Property is located
at 108 Mainsail Drive, Sneads Ferry, NC. Application may be inspected at the address
below. Public Comments received by May 26, 2011 will be considered. Later comments
will be accepted and considered up to the time of permit Decision. The aforementioned
project is within an area of Environmental Concern. Project modifications may occur
based on further review and comments. Notice of the Permit decision in this matter will
