Shaun said you mentioned in your email that they were oversized and you were not able to scan them. In these cases (including this one), please get an additional set of plans from the applicant so you can mail a set to us. Also, our copy of the aerial does not show the static line- perhaps b/c it is copied in black and white and the color did not reproduce? Please also resend the aerial clearly showing and labeling the static (or veg) line if it is not shown on the plans. Again, while appreciate your efforts to assist your property owners, it is also imperative that we receive all the required information. I know much of what is required seems obvious or irrelevant, but keep in mind that anyone (including a judge!) should be able to look at the site plans and determine that the proposed work is consistent with our rules.
