as authorized by the State of North Carolina, Department of Environment,
and Natural Resources and the Coastal Resources Commission for development
in an area of environment concern pursuant to Section 113A-118 of the
General Statutes, "Coastal Area Management"
Issued to Ron and Judy Shirley, authorizing development in the Estuarine Shoreline (AEC) at 230 Little Kinston Rd., in
Surf City, Pander County, as requested in the permittee's application, dated August 17, 2009. This permit, issued on
8/25/09, is subject to compliance with the application and site drawing (where consistent with the permit), all applicable
regulations and special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may subject permittee to a
fine, imprisonment or civil action, or may cause the permit to be null and void.
This permit authorizes: the installation of a fence.
1. All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the revised work plat drawings
dated received August 17, 2009.
2. All applicable original permit conditions remain in effect. Any additional proposed change(s) to the approved revised plans
for development, construction, or land use activities will require a re-evaluation and further modification of this permit.
3. A copy of this permit modification shall be attached to the original permit and shall be posted or available on site. Contact
this office for a final inspection at 910-796-7221 at the completion of work
This permit action may be appealed by the permiftee or other qualified persons /
within twenty (20) days of the issuing date. From the date of an appeal, any W
work conducted under this permit must cease unfit the appeal is resolved. This 0
