So my plan to help move this permit forward is to stop by Ms. Clark's house on Tuesday (May3lst) and hopefully speak with her directly. At the very least, hopefully I can leave my card or a letter asking her to please contact me. If this attempt still doesn't work, then I will get further guidance on how to proceed.
