State Permit 480-18 was issued to The Bonanza Group, LLC on 7/31/18 for the construction of a commercial docking facility and excavation of an existing canal and the permit is due to expire on 12/31/21. There has not been any changes to the authorized project or ownership of the property and the project/docking facility is in compliance with all conditions of the current permit. A check (# 1110) in the amount of $100 is enclosed for the required processing fee, a copy of the authorized agent form and a copy of the original permit.
