State Permit 480-18 was issued to The Bonanza Group, LLC on 7/31/18 for the construction of a commercial docking facility and excavation of an existing canal and the permit is due to expire on 12/31/21. There has not been any changes to the authorized project or ownership of the property and the project/docking facility is in compliance with all conditions of the current permit. A check (# 1110) in the amount of $100 is enclosed for the required processing fee, a copy of the authorized agent form and a copy of the original permit. Docking Facility 1) This permit authorizes only the docks, piers, and other structures and uses located in or over the water that are expressly and specifically set forth in the permit application. No other stricture, whether floating or stationary, shall become a permanent part of this docking facility without permit modification. No non -water dependent uses of structures shall be conducted on; in or over Public Trust wafers without permit modification. 2) No sewage, whether tremed oruntreated, shall be discharged at any time from any boats using the docking facility. Any sewage discharge at the docking facility shall be considered a violation of this permit for which the permittee`is responsible. General 1 S) The permittee and/or his or :her contractor shall meet with a representative of the Division prior to Project initiation. 19) This permit shall not be assigned, transferred, sold, or otherwise disposed of to a third party without the written approval of the Division of Coastal Management. 20) This permit does not authorize the interference with any existing or proposed Federal project, and the permittee shall not be entitled to compensation for damage to the authorized structure or work, or injury which may be caused from existing. or future operations undertaken by the United States in the. public interest.
