Dear Mr. Lane:
The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) is proposing to relocate and existing drop inlet
and replace and existing stormwater pipe at 316 Fulcher's Landing Loop Rd. In Sneads Ferry, NC 28460.
The NCDOT has received authorization to act as an agent on behalf of the property owner, Marsh Creek
Investments, LLC, on whose property the existing and proposed pipe extends off the right-of-way and
outlets into the44ritC Ha River. The drop inlet and pipe diameter sizes will not be increased from the
currently existing system. The construction of the pipe replacement will result in approximately 25 sq. ft. of
temporary dewatering impacts.
