In Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. The NCDOT has received authorization to act as an agent on behalf of the property owner, Marsh Creek Investments, LLC, on whose property the existing and proposed pipe extends off the right-of-way and outlets into the44ritC Ha River. The drop inlet and pipe diameter sizes will not be increased from the currently existing system.
