As we discussed, the Town of Swansboro is requesting to modify CAMA Major Permit #112-05 by adding a covered pavilion to their existing boardwalk. The issue is that the requested covered pavilion is proposed off of property owned by DOT. Since this is the case, CAMA just needs someone from DOT to OK this. I have attached the proposal for you to look over. If either of you are comfortable giving the OK on this, or can point me in the right direction, it would certainly be appreciated. If you are OK with the proposal, simply responding to this email will really be all the "paper work" we need to issue the modification.
