PLEASE PUBLISH on Friday, March 11, 2005

Pursuant to NCGS 113A-119(B), New Hanover County, a locality authorized to issue CAMA
permits in Areas of Environmental Concern, hereby gives NOTICE that on March 8, 2005,
Mr. Jonathan Bluestone, has applied for a Minor CAMA Permit to install an in -ground
swimming pool, waterfall and stone decking, at 1725 Futch Creek Road, in Wilmington, NC.
(05-014).
Mr. Thomas P. Hughes, has applied for a Minor CAMA Permit to expand the master bedroom
and living room area and install new windows and exterior siding at 286 Beach Road North,
Figure Eight Island, in Wilmington, NC. (05-015).
The applications may be inspected at the address below. Public comments received by March 21,
2005 will be considered. Later comments will be accepted and considered up to the time of the
permit decision. Project modifications may occur based on further review and comments. Notice of
the permit decision in this matter will be provided upon written request.
