Issued to Eueene Ritch, Jr, authorizing deveiopment in Estuarine Shoreline AEC at 32 Peader Street (Lot 47,
Block 5. Section A & B) as requested in the permittee's application, dated July 2, 2004. This permit, issued on
August 18, 2004, is subject to compliance with the application and site drawing (where consistent with the
permit), all applicable regulations and specu l conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms
may subject permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action, or may cause the permit to be null and void.
This permit authorises the construction of a new B' x 12'screen porch, as shown on the site plan
MINOR PERMIT CONDITIONS FOR ESTUARINE SHORELINE AEC'S
(I) All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted work plat
drawings(s) dated received juLy 2 2 ,L._.
(2) All construction must conform to the N.C. Building Code requirements and all other local, State and Federal
regulations, applicable local ordinance; and FEMA Flood Regulations.
(3) Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction, or land use activities will require a re-
evaluation and modification of this permit.
(4) All unconsolidated material resulting fiom associated grading and landscaping shall be retained on site by
effective sedimentation and erosion consul measures.
(5) All disturbed areas shall be vegetatively planted and mulched within 30 days of construction completion.
(6) No PORTION of house or covered deck�orches shall encroach into the thirty-foot buffer am from the mean
high water mark-
(7) Before the final inspection, the designing stormwater engineer must certify that the stormwater system was
installed and inspected as per thedesigning engineers specifications (Ocean Isle Beach Town Ordinance)
(3) Pursuant to 15 NCAC, Subchapter 7JA406(b), this permit may not be assigned, transferred, or otherwise
disposed of to a third parry.
