MINOR PERMIT CONDITIONS FOR ESTUARINE SHORELINE AEC'S
(1) All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted work plat
drawings(s) dated received JuR 14, i 004 ,
(2) All construction must conform to the N.C. Building Code requirements and all other local, State and FedcrsI
regulations, applicable local ordinance and FEMA Flood Regulations.
(3) Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction, or lend use activities will require a re-
evaluation and modification of this permit.
(4) All uacoasolidated material resulting from associated grading and landscaping shell be retained on site b,
effective sedimentation and erosion coatrol measures.
(5) All disturbed areas shall be vegetatively pleated and mulched within 30 days of construction completion.
(6) No PORTION of house or covered it cks/oorches shall encroach into Ole thirty-foot buffer area from the mean
high water mark.
(7) Before the final inspection, the designing stormwater engineer must cenify that the stormwater system we;
installed and inspected as per the designing engineers specifications (Ocean Isle Beach Town Ordinance)
(8) Pursuant to 15 NCAC, Subchapter "33.0406(b), this permit may not be assigned, transferred, or otherwis-:
disposed of to a thud party.
