MINOR PERMIT CONDITIONS FOR ESTUARINE SHORELINE AEC'S
(1) All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted work plo:
drawings(s) dated received SeotembeL10.2004
(2) All construction must conform to the N.C. Building Code requirements and all ocher local, State and Federal
regulations, applicable local ordinance:{ and PEMA Flood Regulations.
(3) Any change or changes in the plans for development construction, or land use activities will require a re-
evaluation end modification of this permit.
(4) All unconsolidated material resulting from associated grading and landscaping shall be retained on site bI
effective sedimeotation and erosion control measures.
(5) All disturbed areas shall be vegetatively planted and mulched within 30 days of construction completion.
(6) No PORTION of house or coverall deAs/zoocches shall encroach into the thirty-foot buffer area from the meat
high water mark.
(7) Before the final inspection, the designing stormwarer engineer must certify that the stonnwater system wa installed and inspected as per the desig ling engineers specifications (Ocean Islc Beach Town Ordinance)
(8) Pursuant to 15 NCAC. Subchapter U,0406(h), this Permit may not be assigned, trstteferred, or otherwise
disposed of to a third parry.

be susceptible to erosion and/or flooding. I acknowledge that the local permit officer has explained to me the
particular hazard problems -associated with this lot. This explanation was accompanied by recommendations
concerning stabilization and floodproofmg techniques
