It is estimated that perhaps 25 cu. yards of soil will be affected in the grading. Some of this soil will be spread in the back yard away from the water, while some of it will be spread in the front near the water and the shell bank. I have petitioned CAMA for a permit to place the soil in my front yard near the water and request your signature as in agreement with my plans as required by the permitting process.
