This permit, issued on31A603 . is subject to compliance with the application and site drawing (where consistent
with the permit), all applicable regulations and special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may subject
permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action, or may cause the permit to be null and void.
THIS PERMIT AUTHORIZES THE CLEARING OF A LOT FOR INSTALLATION OF ASEPTIC
SYSTEM AND CONSTRUCTION OF A SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING WITH DRIVEWAY.
CONSTRUCTION WILL TAKE PLACE APPROXIMATELY 50 FEET OFF NORMAL WATER LINE
OF EVERETT'S CREEK. ANY OTHER DEVELOPMENT WILL REQUIRE ADDITIONAL PERMITS
OR MODIFICATION OF THIS PERMIT. THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY.
THE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS PERMIT MUST BE ACCOMPLISHED A
MINIMUM OF 30' LANDWARD OF THE NORMAL HIGH WATER CONTOURINORMAL WATER
CONTOUR, MAINTAINING THIS AS A VEGETATED BUFFER AREA.
THE AMOUNT OF BUILD -UPON AREA SHALL BE LIMITED TO NO MORE THAN 30% OF THE
AREA WITHIN 75' FROM THE NORMAL HIGH WATER CONTOUR/NORMAL WATER
CONTOUR, WHICH DEFINES THE COASTAL SHORELINE AEC AT THIS LOCATION. IN THIS
CASE, 12,621 SF. OF BUILT -UPON SURFACE IS AUTHORIZED.
PRIOR TO INITIATING LAND -DISTURBING ACTIVITIES, ADEQUATE
SEDIMENTATION/EROSION CONTROL MEASURES MUST BE EMPLOYED TO PREVENT THE
MOVEMENT OF UNCONSOLIDATED MATERIALS INTO THE MARSH OR WATER. THESE
MEASURES MUST REMAIN IN PLACE UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE AREA IS PROPERLY
STABILIZED WITH VEGETATED COVER.
ALL PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AND ASSOCIATED CONSTRUCTION MUST BE DONE IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPLICATION DATED DECEMBER 18, 2003, WORK PLAT
DRAWINGS DATED DECEMBER 8, 2003, AND ORIGINALLY SUBMITTED ON DECEMBER
This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or other
qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing date.
From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this per-

permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.

CAMA PERMIT NOTICE
Pursuant to NCGS 113a-119(b), Onslow County, a locality authrized to issue CAMA
Permits in Areas of Environmental Concern, hereby gives NOTICE that on December
18, 2003, Robert Songer applied for a CAMA permit to clear lot for the installation of a
septic system and a single-family dwelling. Property is located at 137 Bridgett Lane.
Sneads Ferry, NC. Application may be inspected at the address below. Public Comments
received by December 30, 2003 will be considered. Later comments will be accepted and
considered up to the time of permit decision. The Aforementioned project is within an
area of Environmental concern. Project modifications may occur based on further review
