REQUIRE ADDITIONAL PERMITS OR MODIFICATION OF THIS
FOLLOWING CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY: PERMIT. THE
CONSTRUCTION MUST BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
PERMITTED WORKPLAT REVISED ON OCTOBER 22, 2003, BY AIKEN AND
YELLE ASSOCIATES, PA. AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH CRC FINAL ORDER.
THE DEMENSIONS OF THE SWIMMING POOL SHALL BE NO GREATER THAN
40 FEET IN LENGTH AND 16 FEET IN WIDTH. NO MO 422 SQ[IARE
FEET OF THE DECK (CONCRETE APRON) SHALL MO TO THE 30 FOOT
SHORELINE BUFFER.

qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing date.
From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this per-
mit rn .st cease until the appeal is resolved.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the

Any maintenance work or project moddicatfons not covered
under this permit requires further written Permit approval.

CAMA PERMIT NOTICE
Pursuant to NCGS 113a-119(b), Onslow County, a locality authrized to issue CAMA
Permits in Areas of Environmental Concern, hereby gives NOTICE that on June 10,
2003, Michael McGhee applied for a CAMA permit to construct a swimming pool,
approximately 12 feet, off the normal water line, of the Intracoastal Waterway. Property
is located at 291 Grandview Drive, Sneads Ferry, N.C.
Application may be inspected at the address below. Public
Comments received by June 23, 2003 will be considered. Later comments will be
accepted and considered up to the time of permit decision. The aforementioned project
is within an area of Environmental concern. Project modifications may occur based on
further review and comments. Notice of the Permit decision in this matter will be
provided upon written request.
