This permit, issued on is subject to compliance with the application and site drawing (where consistent
with the permit), all applicable regulations and special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may subject
permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action, or may cause the permit to be null and void.
THIS PERMIT AUTHORIZES THE CONSTRUCTION OF A

ADDITION. CONSTRUCTION WILL BE APPROXIMATELY 300 FEET OFF
NORMAL WATER LINE OF THE INTRACOASTAL WATERWAY. ANY OTHE
DEVELOPMENT WILL REQUIRE ADDITIONAL PERMITS OR MODIFICATION
OF THIS PERMIT. THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY:
THE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS PERMIT MUST BE
ACCOMPLISHED A MINIMUM OF 30' LANDWARD OF THE NORMAL HIGH
WATER CONTOUR/NORMAL WATER CONTOUR, MAINTAINING THIS AS A
VEGETATED BUFFER AREA.
THE AMOUNT OF BUILD -UPON AREA SHALL BE LIMITED TO NO MORE
THAN 25% OF THE AREA WITHIN 575' FROM THE NORMAL HIGH WATER
CONTOUR/NORMAL WATER CONTOUR, WHICH DEFINES THE COASTAL
SHORELINE AEC AT THIS LOCATION. IN THIS CASE, 6000 SF. OF BUILT -
UPON SURFACE IS AUTHORIZED.
STORMWATER COLLECTION SYSTEMS ARE PROHIBITED UNDER THIS
PERMIT, AS THEY ARE ADJACENT TO ALL ORW WATERS.
This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or other
qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing date.
From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this per-
mit m,.st cease until the appeal is resolved.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
Any maintenance work or project modifications not covered
under this permit requires further written permit approval.
All work must a sejwhen this permit expires on December

In issuing this permit it is agreed that this project is consistent
with the local Land Use Plan and all applicable ordinances.
This permit may not be transferred to another party without
the written approval of the Division of Coastal Management.

CAMA PERMIT NOTICE
Pursuant to NCGS 113a-119(b), Onslow County, a locality authrized to issue CAMA
Permits in Areas of Environmental Concern, hereby gives NOTICE that on October
1, 2003, Raymond Moulton applied for a CAMA permit for construction of an addition
to his existing dwelling, Property is located at 249 Waterway Drive, Sneads Ferry, NC.
Application may be inspected at the address below. Public Comments received by
October 10, 2003 will be considered. Later comments will be accepted and considered
up to the time of permit decision. The Aforementioned project is within an area of
Environmental concern. Project modifications may occur based on further review and
comments. Notice of the Permit decision in this matter will be provided upon written
