with the permit), all applicable regulations and special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may subject
permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action, or may cause the permit to be null and void.
THIS PERMIT AUTHORIZES THE CLEARING OF LOT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
A SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING WITH DRIVEWAY. LAND DISTURBANCE
WILL TAKE PLACE APPROXIMATELY 50 FEET OFF THE NORMAL WATER
LINE OF NEWRIVER. ANY OTHE DEVELOPMENT WILL REQUIRE
ADDITIONAL PERMITS OR MODIFICATION OF THIS PERMIT. THE
FOLLOWING CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY:
THE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS PERMIT MUST BE
ACCOMPLISHED A MINIMUM OF 30' LANDWARD OF THE NORMAL HIGH
WATER CONTOUR/NORMAL WATER CONTOUR, MAINTAINING THIS AS A
VEGETATED BUFFER AREA.
THE AMOUNT OF BUILD —UPON AREA SHALL BE LIMITED TO NO MORE
THAN 30% OF THE AREA WITHIN 75' FROM THE NORMAL HIGH WATER
CONTOUR/NORMAL WATER CONTOUR, WHICH DEFINES THE COASTA-h"J
SHORELINE AEC AT THIS LOCATION. IN THIS CASE, 1,170 SF. OF BUILT— OF
UPON SURFACEJS AUTHORIZED. s,GEMENT
THE INNOVATIVE STROMWATER SYSTEM AUTHORIZED WITH THE PERMIT
MUST BE MAINTAINED FOR THE LIFE OF THE STRUCTURE ADDRESSED.
This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or other
qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing date.
From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this per-
mit m..st cease until the appeal is resolved.
'I his permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
p-nnit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
Any maintenance work or project modifications not covered
under this permit requires further written permit approval.
All work must cease when this permit expires on December
31, 2006
In issuing this permit it is agreed that this project is consistent
with the local Land Use Plan and all applicable ordinances.
This permit may not be transferred to another party without
tiro written approval of the Division of Coastal Management.

CAMA PERMIT NOTICE
Pursuant to NCGS 113a-119(b), Onslow County, a locality authrized to issue CAMA
Permits in Areas of Environmental Concern, hereby gives NOTICE that on August 1,
2003, Terri Martin applied for a CAMA permit to install fill on property up to existing
Bulkhead and construct a single-family dwelling adjacent to The New River.
Property is located on Gull Drive lot 6, Gene Sanderson S/D, Stump Sound Township.
Application may be inspected at the address below. Public
Comments received by Aug. 14, 2003 will be considered. Later comments will be
accepted and considered up to the time of permit decision. The aforementioned project
is within an area of Environmental concern. Project modifications may occur based on
further review and comments. Notice of the Permit decision in this matter will be
provided upon written request.
