DESCRIPTION
We propose to install a new wooden pier consisting of a 6' wide x 40' long
walkway connecting to an 8' wide x 24' long platform.
We propose to install a new boat lift. This includes the installation of four (4) new
10" x 35' long pilings.

We propose to install a new vinyl seawall. Wall will be 124' long with 2' — 3'
exposure from water level. This includes a 24' long wingback on the right side of
the property.
We propose to install Class II granite riprap along the base of the two large
cypress trees near the shoreline. This will be wrapped with filter fabric to help
prevent dirt from chocking the base of the trees.
