All I need now is the application fee ($600). You can mail/drop off a check or money order to my office (address listed below in my contact info). Please make the check payable to NCDEQ and please reference the project address. Once I receive the payment in hand I will be able to issue you the permit. Note: the south bulkhead is on the right hand side of the drawing (which includes the 20'-2" section of bulkhead and 49'-1" retaining wall), that is the area to be rebuilt.
