MINOR PERMIT CONDITIONS FOR ESTUARINE SHORELINE AEC'S
(1) All proposed development and essocined construction must be done in accordance with the permitted work plat
drawings(s) dated received October 2;. 2004
(2) All construction umst conform to the N.C. Building Code requirements and all other We], State and Federal
regulations, applicable local ordinances and FEMA Flood Regulations.
(3) Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction, or land use activities will require a re-
evaluation and modification of this permit.
(4) All unconsolidated material resulting from associated grading and landscaping shall be retained on site by
effective sedimentation and erosion cortrol measures.
(5) All disturbed arena shall be vegetatively planted and mulched within 30 days of construction completion.
(6) No PORTION of house or covered dei rches shall encroach into the thirty-foot buffer area from the mean
high water mark.
(7) Before the final inspection, the designing stormwater engineer must certify that the stomiwarer system was
installed and inspected as per the designing engineers specifications (Ocean Isle Beach Town Ordinance)
(9) Pursuant to 15 NCAC, Subchapter 7.1.0406(b), this permit may not be assigned, transferred, or otherwise
disposed of to a third party.

municipality of Ocean Isle Beach, a
locality authorized to issue CAMA
permits in the areas of environmen-
tal concern, hereby gives NOTICE
that on October 25, 2004, applicant
Tommy Gray, applied for a CAMA
minor development permit to con-
struct a single-family dwelling at 22
Pander Street, Lot 42, Block 5, Sec-
tion A&B.
The application may be inspected
at the below address. Public com-
ments received by November 5, 2004,
