CONDITIONS FOR OCEAN HAZARD AECS 34 Row
(1) All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted we k plat
drawings(s) dated received Scmember 20 2004
(2) All construction must conform to the N.C. Building Code requirements and all other local, State and federal
regulations, applicable local ordinances and FEMA Flood Regulations.
(3) Any change nr changes in the plans for development construction, or land rose activities will require a re-
evaluation and modification of this permit.
(4) All disturb Press shall be vegetatively planted and mulched within 30-day6 of construction completion.
(5) Any stnucnrre shall be relocated or dismantled when it becomes imminently threatened by changes in sh, reline
configuration. The structure(s) shall be relocated or dismantled within two (2) years of the time when it be :omes
imminently threatened, and if Roy Cale upon its collapse of subsidence. However, if natural shoreline re, overy
or beaeb nourishment takes place with in 2 years of the time the structures becomes imminently threatead so
that the structure is no longer imminently threatened, then it need not be relocated or dismantled at the time.

CAMA PERMIT NOTICE
Pursuant to NCGS 113119(b), the
municipality of Ocean Isle Beach, a
locality authorized to issue CAMA
permits in the areas of environmen-
tal concern, hereby gives NOTICE
that on September 20, 2004, applicant
Frank Wagner, applied for a CAMA
minor development permit to con-
struct a new family dwelling at 30
East Second Street, Lot 15, Block 4,
Section C.
The application may be inspected
at the below address Public com-
ments received by October 1, 2004,
will be considered. Later comments
Will be accepted and considered up to
