with the permit), all applicable regulations and special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may subject
permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action, or may cause the permit to be null and void.
THIS PERMIT AUTHORIZES OWNER TO INSTALL FILL, FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A SINGLE
FAMILY DWELLING WITH DECKING AND DRIVEWAY. LAND DISTURBANCE WILLTAKE
APPROXIMATELY 33 FEET OFF THE INTRACOASTAL WATERWAY. ANY OTHER
DEVELOPMENT WILL REQUIRE ADDITIONAL PERMITS OR MODIFICATION OF THIS PERMIT.
THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY:

Permits in Areas of Environmental Concern, hereby gives NOTICE that on January 24,
2005, Martin Gotte applied for a CAMA permit to construct a single family
dwelling approximately 33 feet off the Intracoastal Waterway. Property is located at 249
Bethea Drive, Holly Ridge, N.C.
Application may be inspected at the address below. Public Comments
received by February 6, 2005 will be considered. Later comments will be accepted and
considered up to the time of permit decision. The Aforementioned project is within an
area of Environmental concern. Project modifications may occur based on further review
and comments. Notice of the Permit decision in this matter will be
provided upon written request.
