This permit, issued on June 24, 2005 is subject to compliance with the application and site drawing (where consistent with the permit), all applicable regulations and special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may subject permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action, or may cause the permit to be null and void. ❑ A copy of this permit shall be onsite for regulatory inspection. ❑ Disposal of foundation materials must be in an approved disposal site. ❑ All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted workplat drawings as submitted. ❑ All construction must conform to the NC Building Code requirements and all other local, State and Federal requirements. ❑ Any changes or changes in the plans for development, construction or land use activities will require a reevaluation and modification of this permit. ❑ The amount of built -upon area shall be limited to no more than 25% of the AEC area of the land to be developed; in the case 3524 sq.ft. ❑ No filling or development within the Federally regulated 404 wetlands is authorized. ❑ No sediment or building materials can be allowed to enter the marsh grasses or waters. Silt fence is or other protective barrier(s) must be placed and maintained between the disturbed area and any 404 wetlands or coastal wetlands, to keep sediment from entering those areas. ❑ A 30' buffer zone must be provided from the mean high water line. This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing dale. From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this permit must cease until the appeal is resolved. This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. Any maintenance work or project modification not covered under this permit, require further written perm t approval. All work must cease when this permit expires on December 31, 2008. In issuing this permit it is agreed that this project is consistent with the local Land Use Plan and all applicable ordinances. Hines, Chief Zoning Enforcement Official New Hanover County Local Government RECEIVED DCM WILMINGTON nlr JIII 2 S ?r CAMA 05-039 Permit Number MINOR DEVELOPMENT PERMIT r` as authorized by the State of North Carolina, Department of Environment, and Natural Resources and the Coastal Resources Commission for development in an area of environment concern pursuant to Section 113A-118 of the General Statues, "Coastal Area Management" Issued to Wright Smith dba Smith Properties, Inc., authorizing the removal of an existing house from 264 Shannon Drive, removal of the foundation, and placement of the house at 262 Shannon Drive with the construction of a new foundation, decks, porches and landscaping in the ORW shoreline AEC, as requested in the permittee's application, dated June 7, 2005. This permit, issued on June 24, 2005 is subject to compliance with the application and site drawing (where consistent with the permit), all applicable regulations and special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may subject permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action, or may cause the permit to be null and void. ❑ A copy of this permit shall be onsite for regulatory inspection. ❑ Disposal of foundation materials must be in an approved disposal site. ❑ All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted workplat drawings as submitted. ❑ All construction must conform to the NC Building Code requirements and all other local, State and Federal requirements. ❑ Any changes or changes in the plans for development, construction or land use activities will require a reevaluation and modification of this permit. ❑ The amount of built -upon area shall be limited to no more than 25% of the AEC area of the land to be developed; in the case 3524 sq.ft. ❑ No filling or development within the Federally regulated 404 wetlands is authorized. ❑ No sediment or building materials can be allowed to enter the marsh grasses or waters. Silt fence is or other protective barrier(s) must be placed and maintained between the disturbed area and any 404 wetlands or coastal wetlands, to keep sediment from entering those areas. ❑ A 30' buffer zone must be provided from the mean high water line. This permit action may be appealed by the pernittee or other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing date. From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this permit must cease until the appeal is resolved. This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. Any maintenance work or project modification not covered under this permit, require further written permit approval. All work must cease when this permit expires on December 31, 2008. In issuing this permit it is agreed that this project is consistent with the local rand Use Plan and all applicable ordinances.
