DIVISION OF PERMIT COASTAL MANAGEMENT T as authorized by the State of North Carolina, Department of Environment, and Natural Resources and the Coastal Resources Commission for development in an area of environment concern pursuant to Section 113A-118 of the General Statues, "Coastal Area Management' 04-059 Permit Number Issued to Oyster Bay Homeowners Association, authorizing the construction of a brick grill, barbecue /oyster pit with sink in the ORW shoreline AEC at Oyster Bay HOA Marina, 203 Oyster Bay Lane, as requested in the permittee's application, dated November 16, 2004. This permit, issued on February 14, 2005 is subject to compliance with the application and site drawing (where consistent with the permit), all applicable regulations and special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may subject permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action, or may cause the permit to be null and void. ❑ A copy of this permit shall be onsite for regulatory inspection. ❑ An undisturbed buffer zone of at least thirty feet from the mean high water (normal water line) must be maintained at all times. ❑ All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted workplat drawings as revised on November 16, 2004. ❑ All construction must conform to the NC Building Code requirements and all other local, State and Federal requirements. ❑ Any changes or changes in the plans for development, construction or land use activities will require a reevaluation and modification of this permit. ❑ The amount of impervious surface areas shall be limited to no more than 25% of the 575' Area of Environmental Concern area of the land to be developed; in this case 30.5 sq. ft. of additional impervious surface coverage. ❑ The amount of impervious surface area shall not exceed 28% of the lot area within the 575' Area of Environmental Concern since this is redevelopment.
