This permit, issued on May 26, 2022, is subject to compliance with the application and site drawing (where consistent with the permit), all applicable regulations and special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may subject permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action, or may cause the permit to be null and void. This permit authorizes: The construction of open wood deck and stairs within landing on existing single family residence that will be raised within the existing footprint. The new deck will be 22' x 8.5'avg and the landing approximately 8'x4'. There will 20sq ft of open deck within the 30' CAMA Buffer. The project will create no new impervious surface within the 75' CAMA AEC existing impervious area within 75' CAMA AEC is 24%. (1) All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted work plat drawings(s) dated received on May 19, 2022. (2) All construction must conform to the N.C. Building Code requirements and all other local, State and Federal regulations, applicable local ordinances and FEMA Flood Regulations. From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this permit must cease until the appeal is resolved.
