Dear Mr. & Mrs. Anderson:
This letter will acknowledge the closure of the Notice of Violation dated 12/17/21, issued by
Courtney Milliron, Local Permit Officer for Oak Island, for the unauthorized concrete slab within the
CRC designated Unvegetated Beach Area, bordering the Measurement Line with the Ocean Hazard
AEC located at 2353 W. Beach Dr., in Oak Island, Brunswick County. It has been confirmed that
there shall be no civil penalty assessed and this matter is fully and completely closed.
