MINOR PERMIT CONDITIONS FOR ESTUARINE SHORELINE AEVS
(1) All proposed development and assooated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted work plat
drewiggs(s) dated received Februe 17.29.04 .
(2) All construction must conform to the N.C. Building Code requirements and all other local, State and Federal
regulations, applicable local ordinances and FEMA Flood Regulations.
(3) Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction, or land use activities will require a re-
evaluation and modification of this pimmit.
(4, All unconsolidated material resultirg from associated grading mid landscaping shall be retained on site by
effective sedimentation and erosion control measures.
(5' All disturbed areas shall be vegetatively planted and mulched within 30 days of eonsnuction completion.
(6' No PORTION of house or covered decks/notches shall encroach into die thirty-foot butter area from the mean
high water mark.
(7, Before the fusel bispection, the designing stormwater engineer must certify that the stooawmer system was
installed and inspected as per fire designing engineers specifications (Ocean Isle Beach Town Ordinance)
