MINOR PERMIT CONDITIONS FOR ESTUARINE SHORELINE AEC'S
M All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted work plat
drawings(s) dated received Janua 4 20D4 .
(2) All construction must conform to the N.C. Building Code requirements and all other focal. State and Federal
regulations, applicable local ordinati and PEMA Flood Regulations
(3) Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction, or land use activities will require a m,
evaluation and modification of this permit.
(4) All unconsolidated material resulting from associated grading and landscaping shall be retained an site by
effective sedimentation and erosion control measures.
(5) All disturbed areas shall be vegetatively planted and, mulched within 30 days of construction completion.
(6) No PORTION of hall encroach into the thirty -font buffer area from the mean
high water mark.
(7) Before the final htspcctiun, the designing stormwater engineer must certify that the stormwater system was
installed and inspected as per the desig nag engineers specifications (Ocean Isle Beach Town Ordinance)

SPECIAL NOTE: This hazard notice is required for

storms and erosion. Permits issued for development in this
area expire on December 31 of the third year following the

site. If thepropertyhas seen little changeand theproposed
development can still meet the setback requirement, the
LPO will inform you that you may begin work. Itis impor-
tant that you check with the LPO before the permit expires
for official approval to continue the work tat er the permit
has expired. Generally, if foundation pilings have been
placed and substantial progress is continuing, permit
renewal may not be necessary. If substantial progress has
not been made, the permit must be renewed and a new
setback line established. It is unlawful to continue work
