MINOR PERMIT CONDITIONS FOR ESTUARINE SHORELINE AEC'S
(1) All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted work plu
drawings(s) dated receivedFe¢papt1. 2004-.
(2) All construction must conform to Dn/ N.C. Building Code requirements and all other local, State and Federal
regulations, applicable local ordinances and FEMA Flood Regulations.
(1) Any change a changes in the plan: for development, construction, or land use activities will require a ,r-
evaluation and modification of this permit.
(4) All unconsolidated material resulting from associated grading and landscaping shall be retained on site ly
effective sedimentation and erosion control measures.
(5) All disturbed ,teas shall be vogerativuly planted and mulched within 30 days of consmletl0n completion.
(6) No PORTION of encroach into the thirty-foot buffer area from the meiin

Pursuant to NCGS 113-119(b), the muni-
cipality of Ocean Isle Beach, a locality
authorized to issue CAMA permits in the
areas of environmental concern, hereby
gives NOTICE that on February 2, 20K ap-
plicants Becky and Miller Gibbons, applied
for a CAMA minor development permit to
construct a new single-family dwelling at
153 Marsh Lagoon Dr., Lot 93, Islander Re-
sort.

be susceptible to erosion and/or flooding. I acknowledge that the local permit officer has explained to me the
particular hazard problems.associated with this lot. This explanation was accompanied by recommendations
concerning stabilization and floodprooflng techniques.
