Second Street (Lot 13, Block 49, Section A) as requested in the permittee's application, dated January 26.
2004. This permit, issued on February 17. 2004 , is subject to compliance with the application and site drawing
(where consistent with the permit), all applicable regulations and special conditiuns and notes set forth below.
Any violation of these terms may subject permittee to a tine, imprisonment or civil action, or may cause the
permit to be null and void.
This permir uurhorises the eonstrucrion of a pool and decking in the rear ofthe residence. as shown an the site plan.
CONDITIONS 1rOR OCEAN HAZARD AECS Yd Row
(1) All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted work plat
drawings(s) dated received _January 20. 20(M.
(2) All construction must conform to the N.C. Building Code reilitircmcnts and all other local, State and Federal
regulations, applicable Iota) ordinances and FEMA Flood Regulations.
(3) Any change: or changes in the plans for development, construction, or land use activities will require x rc-
evaluation and modification of tabs peimit.
(4) All disturb areas shall be vegetatively planned and mulched within 30�days of construction completion.
(5) Any structure shall be relocated or dismantled when it becomes imminently threatened by changes in shoreline
contigtuacion. The snucturc(s) shall bt. relocated or dismantled within two (2) years of the tune when it becomes
imminently threatened, and if mty cast. upon its collapse of subsidence. However, if natural shoreline recovery
or beach nourishment takes place win in 2 years of the time the structure becomes imminently threatened so
that the structure is uo longer itnminendy threatened, then it need not be relocated or dismantled at that tiro..
This condition shall not aticct the per nit holder's right to seek authorization of temporary prutective measures
allowed and Rulc .03011(a)(2) of the O,:eon Naaai d AEC Areas.
(6) Before the final inspection, the designing storm water engineer must certify (hut the storm water system was
installed and inspected as per the desiglung engineers specifications. (Required by Town of Ocean Isle Beat
(7) Pursuant to 15 NCAC, Subchapter 7J.0407(b), this permit may not be assiomed, transferred,�,11
