areas of environmental concern, hereby
gives NOTICE that on January 20, 2004, ap-
plicant Robert W. Newell, applied for a LA-
MA minor development permit to modify
an existing roof to add second Boor rooms
at 26 Anson Street, Lot 44, Block 9, Section
A&B.
The application may be inspected at the
below address. Public comments received
by RRbruary 6, 20M, will be considered. La-
ter comments will be accepted and consid-
ered up to the time of permit decision. Pro-
